UniCreation Việt Nam ("chúng tôi") vận hành ứng dụng di động
Nail Lessons (tên gói:
com.univn.naillessons, sau đây gọi là "Ứng dụng").
Trang này thông báo về việc thu thập, sử dụng và tiết lộ Thông tin
cá nhân khi bạn dùng Ứng dụng, cùng các lựa chọn của bạn liên quan
đến dữ liệu đó.
Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu của bạn để cung cấp và cải thiện Ứng dụng. Bằng việc sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với việc thu thập và sử dụng thông tin theo chính sách này.
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
1.1. Thông tin bạn cung cấp trực tiếp
- Tài khoản: email, mật khẩu (được hash), họ tên, ảnh đại diện (tuỳ chọn), số điện thoại (nếu bạn tự nhập).
- Nội dung do người dùng tạo: tin nhắn chat với quản trị viên, đánh giá / phản hồi về video, mặt hàng đã thêm vào giỏ.
1.2. Thông tin giao dịch
- Mua hàng trong ứng dụng (IAP) qua Google Play Billing: trạng thái giao dịch, mã đơn hàng, sản phẩm đã mua. Thông tin thẻ thanh toán không đi qua máy chủ của chúng tôi — do Google xử lý.
- Thanh toán PayPal: mã đơn, trạng thái thanh toán. Thông tin tài khoản PayPal do PayPal xử lý.
1.3. Thông tin thu thập tự động
- Định danh thiết bị: mã thiết bị, model, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ.
- Nhật ký hoạt động: thời gian truy cập, video đã xem, hành động trong app (để cải thiện trải nghiệm).
- Token đăng nhập (refresh token) được lưu an toàn trên thiết bị (Keychain trên iOS / Keystore trên Android).
1.4. Quyền truy cập
- Internet: kết nối tới máy chủ của chúng tôi.
- Lưu trữ: lưu tài liệu PDF / hình ảnh bạn tải xuống.
2. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
- Cung cấp và vận hành Ứng dụng (đăng nhập, xem bài học, mua khoá học).
- Xử lý thanh toán và cấp quyền truy cập nội dung trả phí.
- Gửi thông báo về đơn hàng, khoá học mới, tin nhắn từ quản trị viên.
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng và xử lý khiếu nại.
- Cải thiện chất lượng nội dung và bảo mật hệ thống.
Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.
3. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ với:

4. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được truyền qua HTTPS. Mật khẩu được hash trước khi lưu. Tuy nhiên, không phương thức truyền tải hoặc lưu trữ nào tuyệt đối an toàn — chúng tôi không thể đảm bảo an toàn 100%.
5. Lưu trữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi lưu dữ liệu của bạn trong suốt thời gian bạn duy trì tài khoản và một khoảng thời gian hợp lý sau đó để phục vụ nghĩa vụ pháp lý (sổ sách kế toán cho giao dịch, tối đa 10 năm theo pháp luật Việt Nam).
6. Quyền của bạn — Xoá tài khoản
Bạn có quyền:
- Truy cập dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
- Sửa thông tin cá nhân ngay trong màn Hồ sơ của Ứng dụng.
- Xoá tài khoản trực tiếp trong Ứng dụng: Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản. Hoặc xem hướng dẫn chi tiết tại trang Xoá tài khoản.
Khi yêu cầu xoá, chúng tôi sẽ xoá hồ sơ, lịch sử đăng nhập, danh sách yêu thích, giỏ hàng, tin nhắn chat. Lưu ý: hoá đơn / lịch sử giao dịch IAP được lưu trong 10 năm theo nghĩa vụ kế toán.

7. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không hướng đến người dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và phát hiện con bạn đã đăng ký, hãy liên hệ chúng tôi để xoá tài khoản.
8. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng tại trang này; thay đổi quan trọng sẽ thông báo qua email.

UniCreation Vietnam ("we", "us") operates the mobile application
Nail Lessons (package
com.univn.naillessons, the "App"). This page informs
you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of
Personal Information when you use the App, and your choices
regarding that data.
We use your data only to provide and improve the App. By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information per this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. Information you provide directly
- Account: email, password (stored as a hash), full name, avatar (optional), phone number (if you enter one).
- User-generated content: chat messages with admins, reviews/feedback on videos, items added to your cart.
1.2. Transaction information
- In-app purchases via Google Play Billing: transaction status, order ID, product purchased. Payment card data does not pass through our servers — handled by Google.
- PayPal payments: order ID, payment status. PayPal account info handled by PayPal.
1.3. Information collected automatically
- Device identifiers: device ID, model, OS, language.
- Activity logs: access time, videos watched, in-app actions (to improve the product).
- Login tokens (refresh token) are stored securely on-device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
1.4. Permissions
- Internet: connect to our servers.
- Storage: save PDFs / images you download.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide and operate the App (login, view lessons, purchase courses).
- Process payments and grant access to paid content.
- Send notifications about orders, new courses, admin messages.
- Customer support and complaint handling.
- Improve content quality and system security.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

4. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed before storage. However, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you keep your account and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal obligations (up to 10 years under Vietnamese law for accounting records).
6. Your Rights — Account Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Edit personal information directly in the Profile screen of the App.
- Delete your account directly in the App: Profile → Delete Account. See the Delete Account page for detailed steps.
When you request deletion, we remove profile, login history, favorites, cart, and chat messages. Note: IAP invoices/transaction history are retained for 10 years under accounting requirements.

7. Children
The App is not directed to anyone under 13. If you are a parent and discover your child has registered, please contact us to delete the account.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. All changes will be posted on this page; material changes will be communicated via email.
