Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân trong ứng dụng Nail Lessons theo một trong hai cách dưới đây.
Cách 1 — Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị)
- Mở ứng dụng Nail Lessons.
- Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản bạn muốn xoá.
- Vào Hồ sơ (Profile).
- Nhấn Xoá tài khoản.
- Xác nhận để hoàn tất.
Cách 2 — Yêu cầu qua email
Gửi email tới support@nailartbyjennyng.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản Nail Lessons" và cho biết email tài khoản. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.
Dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá
- Hồ sơ tài khoản, mật khẩu, tên hiển thị, số điện thoại.
- Danh sách bài học đã lưu, giỏ hàng, lịch sử xem.
- Tin nhắn chat với quản trị viên.
- Token đăng nhập đã cấp.
Dữ liệu được lưu lại
- Hoá đơn / lịch sử giao dịch mua hàng trong ứng dụng (IAP, PayPal): lưu 10 năm theo nghĩa vụ kế toán của pháp luật Việt Nam.

You can delete your account and personal data in the Nail Lessons app in either of the two ways below.
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Nail Lessons app.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm to complete.
Option 2 — Request via email
Email support@nailartbyjennyng.com with the subject "Nail Lessons account deletion request" and your account email. We will process within 7 business days.
Data we delete
- Account profile, password, display name, phone number.
- Saved lessons, cart, viewing history.
- Chat messages with administrators.
- Issued login tokens.
Data we retain
- Invoices / IAP & PayPal transaction history: kept for 10 years under Vietnamese accounting law.
